Bo Hyun Sa Lantern Fundraiser

Dear Sangha:

Each year, Bo Hyun Sa Temple replaces the lanterns in the Dharma Room which also
serves as a fundraising effort for the temple.  The Korean community will celebrate
Buddha’s Birthday on Sunday, May 24th, so the new lanterns will be displayed prior to
that.  The donation for each lantern is a minimum of $100 and the person or family’s
name and address is displayed until next year’s ceremony.  The deadline for donating is May 20th .

South Florida Zen Group is extremely fortunate to be able to practice in a proper
Dharma Room and use the temple for retreats and functions.  In keeping with the
concept of generosity and giving (dana) that the Buddha promoted, this is an
opportunity for us to give back to Bo Hyun Sa which so generously supports our
practice.
