Date/Time:
- This hike is open to members of the South Florida Zen Group only. If you are not a member of our sangha, please do not register for this event.
- Meet by 8:00 am at the Ranger Station at Fakahatchee Strand Preserve State Park, 137 Coastline Drive, Copeland, FL. This is approximately 1:30 from the temple and we ask that you be early or at least on time! PLEASE be on time as everyone has to go in together! The hike is approximately 5 miles and will take all morning.
- There are bathrooms at the Ranger Station
- We plan to go to lunch following the hike at Camilla Street Grill, 202 Camellia Street W, Everglades City
- All participants will be required to sign a Liability Waiver when we meet at the Ranger's Station

Items to take:
Water
Toilet paper
Hat
Bug spray
A backpack or fanny pack
Sunglasses
Hiking boots or sneakers that will get very dirty
Optional: change of shirt after hike
Money or credit card for lunch
